Due to the number of requests we receive, sadly, we can’t say yes to every request and we unfortunately cannot acknowledge receipt of your entry, or contact you regarding whether you have been successful.
In order to manage our charitable contributions in a fair and equitable manner, we have established qualification standards to follow when considering eligible organisations.
Charities and organisations which fall outside our criteria include promotion of religious ideas, sexist or racist groups, political groups, private or secret societies and profit making bodies.
Due to the number of requests we receive which meet our donation criteria, we run a draw to select recipients. Each month, three applications will receive a £100 York Maze voucher to support fundraising efforts. The voucher will be sent via email and valid for 12 months from the event date. The draw takes place around the last day of each month.
Following your event, we require an email detailing the outcome of your fundraising efforts acknowledging our donation.
